Technical resource
selection

With a firm understanding of your project scope and goals, we build a list of key attributes to guide our search for developers. We then interview the most promising candidates from our network of developers, and hand-pick those best suited to your project.

On-boarding

We handle the entire on-boarding process for each developer on your behalf.

During this stage we introduce developers to the project on a high level, covering concepts such as company culture, the approval process and project responsibilities.

Training

Training gives us an opportunity to dive deeper into the project with developers. We brief them on everything from technology and infrastructure to cybersecurity standards and any other important details they need to hit the ground running.

Management

As your outstaffing partner, we manage the development team on your behalf.

We take responsibility for tasks such as project management, code quality, version control and technical guidance. If a developer needs to be added or replaced during the engagement, we'll handle that too.
